When I was trying to go into my gmail my login wasnt saved and all of my emails were erased, and so were my logins of those emails is there anyway I could recover them? And no I do not know the username to my email it was just some letter spam.

To start if you don't know your email user name on gmail no one here is going to be able to help with that. And if you didn't have AutoFill for login/pswd set nothing can be done here. Also FireFox browser doesn't delete emails that is done from within that email account that your logged in to choose that option to delete emails.
