I have lost all of my passwords

Hi, I did something very stupid recently: I signed out of my firefox account, checking the box that I wanted to delete all my data locally. I did not realise that included my firefox account saved login and I couldn't access my account without resetting my password. Now all of my saved passwords (including my origional firefox password) are deleted. I am very angry now because I have very important passwords that I cannot recover now - it is a 'knock-on effect'. I know I was stupid to not note down my Firefox password - I had enabled 2FA so I thought I would be fine.
