browser wont open

My foxfire did an automatic update. then it opened and there was a question box, "do you want to update to the latest version and reopen"... i clicked yes. and now a couple hours later its just showing an hour glass time icon is just popping up. Do i just need to wait for it to update? help help THANK YOU

I dont know how to do that. Im using chrome browser to type here. I cant get foxfire to open. -When i right click it the icon , it shows the sites ive been but thats it. -when i left click the icon it just shows an hourglass symbol.

You could try starting in troubleshoot/safe mode using the command line.

If that doesn't help, your best path may be to create a new profile, which you can do with Firefox closed or open.
