I use Thunderbird for all my email addresses, have for years. Never had an issue until today. I've been offline all weekend and have not received an email to any of my addresses since 04/29, 3 days ago. Is Thunderbird down? If not, how can I fix this?

Thunderbird is not an email service provider. It's simply a client that uses your internet connection to connect to your respective email service providers to download or send messages, and as such, it isn't down. Who are the email service providers of the accounts you're having issues with? Is Thunderbird online at all?
I have 2 Gamil accounts, one Hotmail and my business address on Thunderbird. All 3 sources are working on their platforms, but they are not coming through on my Thunderbird platform.
I've used Thunderbird for so long I am trying to find the send button on this Hotmail platform and having trouble, lol. I hope this can get resolved.
In Thunderbird, go to the Help menu > More Troubleshooting Information > Copy text to clipboard and paste it here.

What can I do to get this fixed? It is absolutely a Thunderbird issue, not my email providers.

I'm sorry, I am not sure what you mean. Did I do it wrong? It has an option to send via email, can O do it that way? Like I said, I can send emails just can't receive.
The link results in a Not Found (#404) page. Did you change any other options before clicking the Create New Paste button?
