Today, I am very dissapointed to report, I will be leaving Thunderbird after 20 years... Because it does not work with Microsoft Exchange Server. I am soooo dissapointed!

There are two addons, each slightly different, that do a fabulous job of that. One is OWL and the other is Exquilla. I used Exquilla for several years while working with a large Exchange organization and it gave me full access. Neither is free, but neither is expensive.
