A reinstall destroyed my user profile. The solution offered by Mozilla--go to about:profiles and select a profile--fails to reveal any profile other than the default. How do I get my old bookmarks back, which took hours to configure? (Windows 10)

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox? Look inside. Look for the folder with the latest creation date.
