You can try reinstalling Firefox: 1. Just in case, since the apps are glitching, back up your data. Go to %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles in File Explorer and copy (not move) all the folders inside to another location. 2. Search for "Firefox" in your Start Menu, right click, and Uninstall. If a window pops up, find the app called Mozilla Firefox and choose Uninstall. 3. Download Firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/ and run the installer. If you want to keep your extensions and settings, uncheck the option to refresh/reload Firefox on a screen with options.

You can check for issues caused by a corrupted or incomplete Visual C++ installation that is missing runtime components (Redistributable Packages) required by Firefox, especially VCRUNTIME140_1.dll.

See "Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022":

You may also have to install the Visual Studio 2013 Redistributable Package. You need to reboot the computer.
