Firefox on mac keeps closing tabs

Can anyone help? I'm using Firefox on Mac OS 12.1 and it keeps closing all my tabs ... Firefox itself stays open. When going to 'restore all tabs', the tabs that were open don't all show.

This is really annoying!

I've gone to History, and can see more tabs that were open ... and I've cleared Cache.

But the same keeps happening.

Any ideas to stop this happening gratefully received.
