Hi Helen, do you read your mail on a website such as Yahoo Mail, Gmail, Outlook, Xfinity, and so on? Usually the website will have settings for filtering mail. Some sites may do a better job than others...

If you read your mail in the Mozilla Thunderbird program (another application separate from Firefox), it has its own junk mail filter, but it needs some training. More info: Thunderbird and Junk / Spam Messages.

This does not solve my problem. It is filtered and goes into a spam folder. When I go to the folder this morning it showed 70 pig, disgusting,titles that I see before deleting them all. Thats enough to make me want to throw up. They should be deleted when arrive.

Hi Helen, are you reading the contents of the spam folder in Firefox on your mail provider's website, or in Thunderbird, after the folder contents were downloaded to your computer?
