I can't login, two-step authentication issue :(

Good afternoon,

I just format my PC and when I try to log in, it asks for the code of the two-step authentication. The problem is that I change my mobile phone a while ago and don't have my authentication app, so I can't receive the code and since I just format my PC I also don't have anymore the recovery code.

Can you help me recover my account, please? It's very important because I have all my passwords and data there.

That is not possible. If you use 2FA on the Firefox account then you can only access the account if you can generate the TOTP code or have recovery codes you can use instead.
