Have you tried opening Firefox in Safe Mode to see if you have the same issues? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#w_how-to-start-firefox-in-4troubleshoot-modesf5safe-modesf

Did you get Firefox from MS Store or Mozilla? I also use Outlook.com and not able to replicate your issues in Win11.

What security software are you running?
