Mozilla updates always allow unwanted ads in my earthlink email
Hello, I have had Mozilla as my browser for years and earthlink as email without unwanted ads. Everytime Mozilla updates, I am frustrated with ads interfering with my work in email. I am old school (not what you have but how well you use what you have) and Windows 7 is just fine for me. It is only recently that this is happening. I really want those disruptive google ads out of my email. I contacted Earthlink and they said it was a power above them. I would so appreciate getting rid of this clutter that just angers me. I am 79 with double vision problems and have important work to do.
Thank you

Updating Mozilla programs has never given be any ads. Where are the ads from? About what?
Or are they news letters?
Hello,
Thank you for replying. They are ads posted by google on the sides of my incoming mail. One was an ad for dogs. The others I closed as soon as they came on and almost immediately another took it's place. Also my email is listed in my "Favorites" I click Mozilla as my browser from Bing homepage (I love the photos of Bing Home), go to Earthlink webmail sign in...then close internet down completely, bring it all up again to get into my Earthlink with remembered password. I don't know if this helps. Back to first problem: I call Earthlink and depending who I get, maybe the ads go away mysteriously only to be back again with the blasted google ads. I will pay more attention to them the next time I check email to see exactly what ads they are.
Thank you! Rose
