Using windows 10, FF 96.0.2 When my program opens a second window FF displays the FF favicon not the favicon pointed to by the page loaded. Using IE the favicon displays correctly.

This can be seen going to https://trainthing.com/simulator/simulator Click on <Create Second Window> The favicon for the second window should be the same as for the first window.
