SMTP working on VPN, but not in LAN

Hi, I have trouble with sending emails from my gmail and outlook Office365(school account) accounts. I tried every solution from the support article ("Cannot send messages"). This problem only appears when I'm on my LAN, when I connected to VPN emails are sent. I tried to reinstall TB, remove and add accounts, control the settings for servers, but nothing works. Thanks for advices.
