I am trying to download Firefox as a browser on my iPad. Shutterfly support said it was a browser that would support the Shutterfly app. I am still having problems

I thought I had downloaded the Firefox app on my iPad , but I don’t think I have……. When I type in Shutterfly , it says I need to download a browser that supports Shutterfly, ( and they suggest Firefox as a browser choice). So, is this a Firefox problem…or a Shutterfly , or the case of a senior not knowing what to do?
