All Facebook videos and also embedded youtube videos in clickfunnels page give a few seconds then grey with the words "Sorry, we're having trouble with playing this video."

This is a FF specific problem

- firefox is up to date for Win 10 64GB - i tried the advanced media settings suggested on another thread 1 year ago and all the requested settings were true (except experimental) - ran in safemode with extensions etc turned off - made no difference

Note have just updated computer Bios and windows servicepack - however nothing else on the whole PC has been a problem...

Any more suggestions - id rather use firefox but need video capability! Thanks

I am having the same problem, on bugzilla i read about some codec that migh cause the problem - but i do now have anyting like this installed. Moreover on chrome the videos are working fine.
