I can't seem to get past "Let's work on your profile" when I try to submit feedback to Firefox, so I'm going to submit it here and hope it gets to the right people.

"Search for text when I start typing" is generally a useful feature, but there are occasions when it makes it very difficult to, for example, fill in dialogue boxes (see for instance https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4602277/how-do-i-disable-firefoxs-search-for-text-when-i-start-typing-on-pages-with-k/11336931. The response to this person's query was for them to go into Firefox settings and change the setting. This is very inconvenient when you normally want to use the feature but it causes problems on select webpages. I suggest that it would be a useful if you could toggle the feature on and off with a simple keyboard shortcut.

Thank you, Terry
