opening link in new tab not working

When I right click to open in new tab I get a blank screen , but if I use the new option "open link in new container tab it works . What did the latest update do? I am running windows 11 and I did the "browser.tabs.loadInBackground

and set its value to true and no luck.

Start Firefox using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

As usual it started working ,had to reset to open on top. Suspect last update reset some of my settings.
