"FVD Speed Dial disabled as an Add On but now I lost all my links" I too am suffering the problems that Mozilla have created by disabling the FVD Speed Dial - and can see a number of very negative posts - but the thread is now closed. The response from Mozilla - .....? Tiddly squat but a feeble excuse about something of little concern to most users. Then you close the thread to cut off any further adverse comment! Great. I do not understand why there is such a complete lack of concern for the massive disruption that has been caused to users by Mozilla's precipitous, unannounced action such that users who relied on this Add On had not had a chance to back up or copy their data in any kind of useable form. The action taken by Mozilla in disabling the Add On was an un-thinking, and negligent. Very annoyed by this - not impressed.

Hi,

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected by a team of people who read it and gather data about the most common issues.

You can also file a bug report or feature request. See File a bug report or feature request for Mozilla products for details.

Hi Many thanks for your reply; much appreciated I honestly thought that Mozilla/Firefox reviewed the questions/posts having seen replies elsewhere fom 'Moderators'. I will notify my problem/questions/complaints via the Feedback link in future.

Can't spend any more time on the issue but as a closing shot I thought that I would just make you aware of my latest experience which I have posted on a 'Help' link somewhere. The navigation is difficult in my experience.

'''''''''''''POSTED 28th November''''''' I had a moan about an issue with an Extension caused by Firefox (a problem shared by many others as well) and received a polite reply from a volunteer explaining that the topics raised in the area are for the benefit of fellow Firefox users and that solutions (where such exist) were suggested by volunteer contributors. Mozilla/Firefox developers don't get to see this stuff - unless they go looking which is something they appear not to do.'' I was told that Firefox issues should be raised via the Feeback link. Ah, fine, I'll do that - except that the Feedback link is useless and goes nowhere - can't register or log on using my Firefox credentials, nor can I create a new Feedback account. Another dead end! - and there are it seems, many. I have until now been happy with Firefox, to which I have contributed funds in response to their regular appeals over a number of years. Alas - due to the ineptitude (the issue) of Mozilla/Firefox I have moved my activities to another browser where my issue has been resolved by my subscribing (£££) to a third party. After much hassle and knashing of teeth, I'm up and running again. I can't tell Mozilla/Firefox as their feeback process simply does not work - prehaps the developers like it that way! '
