Send Tab to Device not working when sending from PC browser to iPhone

Suddenly, with no changes to any setting by me, my previously functioning Send Tab to Device doesn't work when sending from my laptop browser to my iPhone. It still works when sending from iPhone to laptop though. I've checked that Firefox notifications are enabled in my iPhone setting. It says that the tab has been sent on my laptop - it just never shows up on my iPhone. It worked fine until 2 days ago.
