Why do I have two javascript:enabled settings?

For some reason I've recently started having issues with websites complaining FF doesn't have javascript enabled.

When I go to 'about:config' and search for javascript:enabled I see 1 setting, and it is set to true.

However, when I search all modified settings and scroll down I see two settings for javascript:enabled, one which is true, and one which is false.

If I click the back arrow or otherwise change the normal text font (the 'false' one) to 'true' javascript works, but I don't know why both are showing up.

I tried clicking the trashcan on the 2nd (already 'true') setting, and it didn't do anything except remove the value (true:false), so I had to add 'true' back to it since it wouldn't go away.

Why am I seeing 2 x javascript:enabled settings, both which have to be 'true' for javascript to work?

OS: MacOS (Intel) 11.6.1 FF: 94.0.1 (64-bit)

javascript:enabled is wrong. The only valid setting is javascript.enabled.
