Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Thanks for the quick reply. (I have deleted all cookies without change). This only occurs in FireFox as I don't have this issue with other browsers.

When going to Healthline.com, the only page I get is as attached.

Does the site work in a New Private Window ?

You can remove all data stored in Firefox for a specific domain via "Forget About This Site" in the right-click context menu of an history entry ("History -> Show All History" or "View -> Sidebar -> History").

Using "Forget About This Site" will remove all data stored in Firefox for this domain like history and cookies and passwords and exceptions and cache, so be cautious. If you have a password or other data for that domain that you do not want to lose then make sure to backup this data or make a note.

You can't recover from this 'forget' unless you have a backup of involved files.

If you revisit a 'forgotten' website then data for that website will be saved once again.

You can create a new profile as a quick test to see if your current profile is causing the problem.

See "Creating a profile":

If the new profile works then you can transfer files from a previously used profile to the new profile, but be cautious not to copy corrupted files to avoid carrying over problems.

None of this did anything except delete everything from every site. I thought this would only delete from the current site I was on (Healthline.com).

The issue at this site was first posted 6 years ago. As it works in every other browser I have tried, there seems to be a fundamental flaw in FireFox.

And yes, the site can be reached properly in a Private WIndow.

Gwp99,

It would be great if you can try installing the Firefox browser from Windows Store or Waterfox as it works for me.

THanks,

Shawn
