I can't stop the "Life in Color" window for Colorways from popping up many times each day (and evening)

The "Life in Color" window advertisement for Colorways keeps popping up, randomly, as I use Firefox. I don't know how to stop these irritating messages. I even (unwillingly)--installed one of the Colorways themes, to see if that would do the trick, but that "Life in Color" window still pops up, and I have to stop and click on it, only to have a second window that says "Start browsing"--and another click in order to use Firefox. What's going on?
