This is the official help for the Mozilla Firefox browser. Any phone support is not by Mozilla but others not associated with Mozilla.
The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers. Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
What's your computer system and Firefox version?
Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.
Please remove that information from your post.
