Thunderbird Cannot Search Body Text

On October 7th I upgraded to Windows 11 and October 6th is the last date Thunderbird can search in body text of emails. I deleted index database, regenerated it again, nothing helps. How can I fix this? Thank you.

Thunderbird version is 94.0b3 (if it matters).

Global or Classic Search? IMAP or POP account? If IMAP, are message bodies downloaded?

Server type is IMAP, but I don't know how to check whether message bodies are downloaded, I don't see such an option in the settings. How do I do that?

I don't know what Global and Classic Search are... however Global Search and Indexer is enabled in the settings, Message Store Type is set to mbox.

I have always searched through the Quick Filter and it has always worked perfectly fine and it works now but till October 6th (the date I installed Windows 11). I tried the search bar above the quick filter - it doesn't work too.

I tried Ctrl+Shift+F and if I select Run Seach on Server, it works but it is not convenient way to search. I use the search option quite often and I really need to make the Quick Filter Search.

In Account Settings, Synchronization & Storage, Message Synchronizing, if the box 'Keep...' is checked, message bodies are downloaded, and so Body will appear in the Classic Search, Ctrl+Shift+F, criteria drop-down, the one with Subject, From etc. I think the message bodies also have to be downloaded for Quick Filter Bar Body searches, or at least for them to be done quickly. Global Search, Ctrl+K, will definitely not work unless message bodies are downloaded, but if you change the sync. setting, I would rebuild the global database that indexes the messages.

"Keep..." is checked on all boxes but Quick Search doesn't work as it used to. No luck for me, it seems.
