"To:" field blank when replying to an empty mail

Hello all, I'm using tb 78.14.0 under w10. When I want to reply to an empty email having empty content (but subject not empty), the "To:" field is empty. When I do the same operation with an email whose content is not empty, the "To:" field has the right sender address inserted... What's the matter ?
