Import of bookmarks from a file

I have tried to follow you guidlines but do not see any way to import my cv file. Only options are from other browsers. the file I want is from Firefox I saved earlier. systems had to be reinstalled and I am trying to recover. thanks

Is this an HTML bookmarks backup?

You can try to open the file in a Firefox tab or drag the file to an empty/blank page to check for issues. .
