How do I uninstall the update from 12 October so my emails will be actually useful again?
This is the WORST update I have ever seen. Thunderbird used to be a simple, easy to use program. Now I HATE everything about it. I want to uninstall and go back to whatever I had before 10/12/21. Absolutely miserable email program now. NOT user-friendly. If I can't unistall and go back to previous version, I'll be getting a new email program

As your profile can not easily be turned back, perhaps you might actually explain what the issue is because what you have said really does not compute. The change from V78 to 91 was not visually much at all so I fail to understand your extreme reaction.
Otherwise enjoy your new mail program.
I can't print without opening multiple tabs. Print settings won't hold from one email to another. Print using system dialog doesn't stay as default. Print preview is sideways and microscopic instead of full screen as it used to be. When opening email attachments, the email stays on top, requiring another click to shrink, then go to another tab, regardless of what options I select. Adds time and steps with zero benefit to me as consumer.
I, too, wish to roll back to whatever version I had prior to this.
Previously I was able to resend emails with attachments from "sent" folder, but this update has somehow altered the situation so that the attachments are in the TEMP folder and need to be reattached which is not what I want to do... I want to send the identical thing that was sent the first time.
I'm also disliking others of the changes, including the way they moved the attachment panel to the bottom of the email rather than at the top right, as it was before.
This looks like it has the instructions. I'm just unsure how to figure out what my previous version was.

That was before the implementation of profile per install, the reformatting of the data storage format of address book and a number of other major data changes. Follow the instructions and you will likely get a profile with data just plain missing. But it is your choice.
I suggest you ask your own question instead of chiming in on other topics The issue here is apparently printing. Yours has something to do with the sent folder. This is the second topic I am participating in where you have posted unhelpful comments.
This is the only post I will make on this thread addressing your issues. use the link to ask your own question. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/thunderbird
Have you set the paper and orientation correctly in windows system properties / printers and scanners? Thunderbird should get it's default from there.
