possibly, but it is not looking good.

There are problems building in the V78 version tree. These issues do not exist in the V91 tree so a decision will be made if a single point release in a soon to be out of support version is worth the investment. There was never going to be a 78.16 so ending a month early does sound to me like the result we will see.
