I wish to receive a refund for Mozilla VPN
I have been working with your support team to try to successfully install and launch Mozilla VPN on my Windows 10 desktop. We have not had a successful attempt.
I wish to request a refund for my subscription. Your help system says that to do so, I need to open the VPN app and click on the "HELP" option.
Unfortunately, I was not able to successfully install and launch the app, so I am unable to open the app to request a refund.
I requested a refund by replying to one of the support messages I received, but I am not sure I am going through the proper channels. ... I know there is only a 30-day window during which I can request this $59.88 refund, and the clock is ticking.
Can you help me?
