I have had several situations lately where I was able to log into accounts but the page would not display correctly. When I contacted the account representative, I was informed that I could only use google chrome. I tried it and it works. My question is why will the page display correctly using google chrome but not with firefox and is there a way to correct this.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
