thunderbird 91..1.1
i am currently on 78.1.40 in thunderbird mail it is telling me to update to91. I am afraid to that i may lose all my addons /extensions and that i will have to reinstall every thing what addons are offered for this version I will send an attachment as to what addons / extensions i currently have Pleas let me know what to do

Before updating, it's wise to backup the profile, and export address books to LDIF format, and local calendars to ics format, in case the update is not complete. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to wait a month or two until most update issues are fixed, unless there's some essential new feature in 91.
thank you for your response i will wait until hopefully the add ons i want are then done the 2 mail ones i really want are xpunge and emojis i want the others 2 but those 2 the most
