Locked out of Firefox and need to cancel Mozilla VPN subscription
Mozilla really doesn't make this easy. I am locked out of Mozilla VPN account, even though I am logged onto it on two devices. However, I cannot authenticate, having lost the device with the 2FA app. I never received "recovery keys". Would like to delete the current account but can't, and would certainly like to cancel the subscription -- but can't. Any help would be much appreciated, short of me asked the credit card company to deny those charges as fraudulent. I get that there's a lot of volunteers/community for Mozilla but a paying customers should be able to reach someone in support.

If you lost access to your Firefox account go ahead and provide me with the email associated with your account in a reply to the direct message I just sent you so I can proceed with canceling/refunding said subscription.
