Thunderbird Mail Merge has worked well for 18 months. Suddenly is selecting data from an unknown source, despite the fact that the preview post mail merge shows the correct spreadsheet. What can I do!!! john.suckling@outlook.com

  #  Create a New Message ("File -> New -> Message")
  1. Add the Variable(s) to To, e.g.: {{Email}} or {{FirstName}} {{LastName}} <{{Email}}>
  2. Add other Recipients to Cc (optional) (variables are supported)
  3. Add other Recipients to Bcc (optional) (variables are supported)
  4. Add the Subject (variables are supported)
  5. Add the Body (variables are supported)
  6. Add (global) Attachments (optional)
  7. Click "File -> Mail Merge"
  8. Select "CSV" as "Source" and check "Deliver Mode"
  9. Add (individual) Attachments (optional) (variables are supported)
  10. Select the "File" and check "Character Set", "Field Delimiter" and "Text Delimiter"
  11. Check "Start", "Stop" and "Pause" (optional)
  12. Click "OK"
