Is it possible to get actual 1on1 support from Mozilla instead of publicly posting on the forums?

I want to be able to contact support when I have VPN issues and not have to either post my issues on these public forums. Is that a possible?

The prominent option on the VPN support page does direct you to ask the community, to pool knowledge and get answer to simple issues.

However you are able to contact support directly, below the community support banner there is a "Contact Us" - Contact the team for help, with an Ask A Question link which will take you to a direct support form: https://accounts.firefox.com/support

Is this link you provided, only working for active subscriptions? Because clicking it sent me to https://accounts.firefox.com/settings and not support. Not only that, but I wasn't able to figure out where the "Contact Us" is

Hi there,

thanks for posting on the forum.

That is correct, you can only contact us directly if you have purchased a subscription for Mozilla VPN, otherwise we refer everyone to the help forum. Open Mozilla VPN and click the Settings vpn settings icon icon. Click Get Help. Click Contact us. A tab will open with a contact form. You might need to log in to Firefox Accounts first.

If you are unable to login to the VPN, you can follow the steps in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-can-i-contact-support-if-i-cant-log-mozilla-vp
