For example, you have like 50 tabs in your Android phone and only 5 are active, the other 45 are inactive tabs that you want to keep just there for quick switching.

The problem is, when you want to switch from an active tab to another active tab, the tabs list/grid view always started from bottom of the inactive tabs list. Meaning you have to scroll up all the way to active tabs list. Another way without having to roll is to rotate your phone between potrait to landscape or vice versa while in tabs list view. This will skip back to the top of active tabs list.

Previously, tabs list when opened always started by showing the tabs you are on at start (sort like when you click #name on hyperlink).
