High CPU on macOS Big Sur 11.5.1

When I download some files from onedrive on the website, my Intel MacBook Pro Activity Monitor shows windowserver high cup usage about 170% and the fan went crazy. But it won't appear on Safari with the same process.

Is this just me? How could I fix it?

I did not experience this issue on Big Sur 11.5.1, but after Monterey 12.0.1 and Firefox v94.0.1, full-screen video skyrockets WindowServer CPU percentage to ~140% (v94.0 ran normally -shrug-). I've tried shutting down and unintalling/reinstalling Firefox with no success in curbing the issue.
