Mozilla Firefox crashing occusionally in WIndows 10 Pro

Dear team. In my PC Mozilla Firefox open properly but suddenly sometime got crashed while login into my gmail account. I tried to complete clear of cache, uninstall the Firefox browser and reinstalled fresh but after few days the problem occurred again. Please suggest the solutions for the next level. Thanks in advance.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted/Unsubmitted Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

Thank you Mr. TyDraniu, I applied the above mention solution and found total two crash reports one is 30-07-2021 and other is dated 2018. When we submitted both the crash report one dated 30-07-2021 successfully submitted but other 2018 dated crash reports Failed to submit. My problem is still not resolved. Again suddenly got crashed/closed the Firefox browser automatically while browsing my gmail inbox. Please suggest the solution for the same issue. Note: OS- Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, Firefox Browser Version: 91.0, Antivirus: Quick Heal Internet security(Browser Sandbox is disabled)

Can you give us some recent crash ids for an analysis?

Dear Mr. TyDraniu, List of Crashed IDs are as following: Unsubmitted Crash Reports ID: 72bd2f7e-88e2-42ca-9de9-a6382112d038

Submitted Crash Report ID: bp-d36910db-ce84-46df-8c7a-2ace80210826

Please suggest the permanent solutions to avoids such issue in future.

Dear Team, Please help on this matter. Today again got this error on Firefox browser Error No. 001 retry after disconnecting the from Gmail. Please try to help on the Firefox crash issue ASAP.
