Constant Crash
I was a chrome user but when I know about Firefox beta for my HTC 10 evo I start using firefox. But from the starting till now it keeps crashing. Whenever I was in an important work like survey Firefox beta crashed constantly. I have reported and send mails to support several times. But they didn’t give me solutions of this problem.I really want to use and be an permanent member of mozilla. Please do something about this.

- Open Firefox
- Tap on the 3 dot menu
- Tap Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of Settings
- Tap About Firefox
- Tap Crashes
- Tap on the Socorro link
- Copy and paste that address into a new reply to this thread

Assuming you do not have any bookmarks or passwords storied in it, have you tried uninstalling, restarting your device and reinstalling?
Yeah. I have tried several times.I had uninstalled and re-downloaded from play store but it’s not working. When I was replying it’s maybe 5 minutes back firefox crashed one time.

So that we can try to reproduce this, it would be handy, starting from turning on the device, if you could could confirm the steps you are going through.
Yeah I have access different Websites per day but I don’t download any type of file.
Does Firefox for Android not crash when you do not have those sites open?
