I changed my password at NetZero and cannot download or send emails. All the help instructions tell me to go to tools and then options. I don't have an options choice under tools. Then I'm told to go to menu and options don't have one there either. What do I need to do to get my emails from NetZero...help please!!!!!

what version of Thunderbird are you using? I have used it since V2 and there has always been an options under the tools menu on the Windows platform in that time. But the menu has been hidden for many yars. Try pressing F10 to make it visible across the top of the screen.

Or you might try going to options from the application menu. But if you issue is a password you should be prompted for a new password if the one Thunderbird has is not working!

Could you please do the following?

  1. Open the menu Fx57Menu > Help > Troubleshooting Information, then click Copy text to Clipboard.
  2. Go to https://pastebin.com, paste the info from your Troubleshooting Information page, use the Create New Paste button to create a page containing your info, then copy the resulting URL (address) of the page created.
  3. Open a reply to this post, and paste the link to your troubleshooting information you just copied.
