Mozilla subscription refund
I was unable to install Mozilla VPN, so I cancel subcription and now I want to be refund from something I never used.

Sorry but I already had a look to the forum without finding the solution. I remain that I cannot install the VPN so I cannot go in the dedicated menu for refund.

I have this same problem; I paid for one year of mozilla's VPN service but I can't install the app and can't access the refund option. Mozilla should really make it clear up front that the Linux app is limited to Ubuntu.

Unfortunately they do not care. Nobody would have think they could have such behavior, not in their DNA ... but it is a fact ! What to do ? Choosing another VPN.
I have the same problem. Can't log into vpn = no way to contact mozilla for refund. Is there another way to contact customer service ?
