I can't find in "preferences" the box to select my certificates manually

I need to opt in at my preferences to select my certificates manually, what I am looking for is to Mozilla to ask me what certificate to choose every time I decide to logout and login again. But I did some research and I can't find this option in "View Certificates" - neither find the "advanced" tab in my settings. Can someone help me?

"Options" on Windows and "Preferences" on Linux and Mac has been changed in 89+ and it is now "Settings" on all supported platforms including Mobile.
