get error message instead of firefox

See attached screenshot - I get error message when I try to use OR reinstall Firefox. Suspect Win10 recent updates. The Task Manager thinks everything is fine. Thanks, Joe

The Task Manager was in the foreground up behind it was the error. But I resolved the problem by refreshing Firefox. Thank you for your time

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

click on Firefox blank screen comes up after a few seconds a message appears at top (see screenshot I attached for the exact message) nothing else happens - no click-boxes, no functionality

That is not an error message. That is the Windows Task Manageer.
