with www.sainsburys.com the system is so slow as to be unuseable. If not fixed, I will have to dump Firefox and go back to Chrome which runs that website without problems.

I have had multiple sites that have issues with me using firefox. I have used firefox for years. It has been in the last 18 months that I have had the most issues with sites saying not compatible with your browser. I am using most recent version of windows, windows 10 - and most recent browser 89.0.2 (64-bit)

Today I was trying to use firefox to add a credit card to macys.com and it would not work at all. To elaborate it would allow me to log into my account but not to add the card. I had to use to chrome. I didn't want to use chrome. This is the fifth website that I have had an issue with. There used to be something built into firefox on the menu that allowed you to immediately send an issue with a website. What happened with that? Why was that feature taken out? I love firefox. Two things I am annoyed with is 1. having incompatibility with websites and 2. the change in the screen grab which was built in - it used to be so elegant... now not so much

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
