Device management and pairing issues (releated to each other)

Hello. I have following Device management and Sync releated issues. I would be thankfull for some hints about how to solve them.

Description of the issues:

1. When I had re-installed Firefox (after the previous one has crashed my system with an OOM Panic) on the system and had logged in, after the sync, the browser has not become automatically paired with my Firefox on phone, even if I did that earlier (see releated to it point 2 bellow)

2. When I had opened my Account Management on Mozilla website, I had switched into the "Connected Services" tab. There, I see that the Firefox on phone is whole signed into, from the time when it was synced with the previous Firefox, but the Firefox on the PC does not see it as connected, so it isn't pairing with it

Hardware and Software details:

OS: Ubuntu 20.04 Firefox version: 88
