Background: TB 78.10. The topmost Mail Account in my list of account is a disabled account, that is, it no longer receives and can send messages. For various reasons, I don't want to delete it yet. When a send email (mailto:) is triggered from a webpage, this topmost account is selected as the From account. (At this point, I can activate the From dropdown and select an active Account. But I sometimes forget.) I complete the email, and press Send. Of course, the email cannot be sent and the process stalls as the logon to the smtp server fails, and I have to Cancel. At this point, the From dropdown is now disabled, and I have to discard the draft email, and start over. I think that this is a bug in the code.
