Hi, Since 2-3 days, I can no longer access a specific website (before all was fine, and I still have access to others website without issue). It's only from Firefox desktop, from Firefox android it works, from Edge or Chrome too (on same computer). Same issue on my laptop (with previous firefox version and latest). It's a "loading error", maybe "time out" ("Le délai d’attente est dépassé" in french).

I tried to do the things suggested in help, as: _delete cookies and cache _check proxy config (not used) _enable "network.dns.disableIPv6" and "network.dns.disablePrefetch" _disable extensions (also tried debug mod)

Also tried the 'ipconfig /flushdns', before seeing that same issue on the laptop. I use Avast, but I don't think it's because of him.

Any idea please?

Chosen solution

Ok, so changing DNS solved my problem. I'm not sure I understand why it only affected Firefox...

What do you mean by no access?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?

Please provide a public link (no password) that we can check out. No Personal Information Please !

By no access, I mean Firefox try to load the page during few time, then fail. The exact message in English is: " Problem loading page

The connection has timed out

The server at XXX is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Timed Out "

I can't provide a public link, sorry.

There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Thanks. I had already read these sites. Most error messages don't match with mine. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Error_loading_websites seems dead link.

So, I searched about certificates story. I found things related with avast and 'about:policies', it was this you had in mind? I tried to disable avast for 10min and go on the website, and always the same issue :/
