Last upgrade of Firefox 87 - lost all passwords

The last upgrade of Firefox (now 87) has deleted all of my passwords for all my logins. And now even when I select save, the passwords are not saving. Does anyone have some advice on how to be able to fix saving passwords? Thx!!
