'Emails being deleted' - 'some are being deleted' is not offering enough information.

- What 'delete' settings do you have set up in Account Settings' for that mail account?
- * In 'Server Settings' what have got selected under 'Message Storage'?
- * In 'Disc Space' section is 'Don't delete any messages' selected ?
- Emails are being deleted from where ? Trash, Junk, Inbox, 'Local Folders' mail account etc
- Is the 'Trash' folder being emptied ?
- Are the deleted emails in the Trash ?
- Are you performing a search and headers get shown but no content when you select?
- Have you accidentally clicked on the 'bin' icon in 'Thread Pane'?
- Do you have any Message Filters that:
- * have an action which mentions 'Delete'
- * have an action which mentions moving an email to either a folder that no longer exists or moving an email from an imap mail account Inbox to any folder in 'Local Folders' mail account?
