Certain MP4 videos are unable to play for me.

So I recently made the move to firefox from chrome, and in doing so I signed in with my gmail and had it resync all my settings and all that to make sure I got my bookmarks again, well recently I've been noticing it being unable to play specific MP4 files.

This one is one that I recorded specifically just for this, I attempt to play it back for myself, but all I see is this;

I use catbox as a primary upload, but even dropbox runs into MP4 file errors for me. Other times it gives me another error that says no miim or correct video player found.

I've tried going into about:config and setting the windows-media and windows.drive settings to enabled through boolean, but that did not fix it for me. I've cleared cache and cookies, and I've tried a full reinstall. I am still unable to see those MP4 videos. They work fine in other browsers, but I really don't want to change back to chrome. Any help?
